We are happy to blend different themes, principles and processes from various frameworks including: Prince2, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, Lean, Waterfall etc as may be useful/required.

Regardless of methodology we appreciated that the best chance of success starts by ensuring the right stakeholders are appropriately engaged, that they understand and sign-up to their responsibilities, that they have a shared vision and that they commit to collectively driving forward delivery.

Once this is established we aim to align our actions and priorities accordingly to best achieve the desired project or programme requirements.
